| SIGNS Last week at work on two separate occasions I was asked if I was gay. Both times I was too shocked to answer in any meaningful or even witty way, I just shook my head. But later when I thought about it, I realised, I am thirty-five years old, unattached, a writer of poetry, who more often that not treats women with a modicum of courtesy and respect, so what else are people going to think? |
